Pilates
Bounce Physiotherapy has helped hundreds of customers with its highly successful Pilates small group classes and individualised programs.
Classes are run daily. These sessions are designed for the following categories:
- Those people who have not exercised for a while and would like to gradually improve their fitness and strength in a stress free environment
- Have pre-existing injuries and would like to be monitored by health professionals who truly understand and have accurately assessed their issues such as chronic back or knee injuries
- Safe workout for pre and post natal women
All enquiries are welcome. If you are new to Bounce, an intial assessment is essential to evaluate your exercise capabilities and prescribe a program tailored to you.
