Our exercise programs include:
Living Fit
Our Living Fit classes run for 45 minutes and are designed to cater to older individuals who want to improve their strength, flexibility or fitness, under the supervision of a qualified Physiotherapist.
These classes are set up in a circuit style, meaning that you will be working on strength, balance and cardio in every session. Our skilled physiotherapists are there to guide you and make any progressions or modifications as needed, to ensure you feel safe and confident to participate in the class.
Whether you are starting from scratch and need some extra guidance, or want to consolidate your strength and fitness in a fun and supervised environment, this is the class for you.
PhysioFit
Our PhysioFit classes run for one hour and are designed to provide you with an individualised exercise program tailored to your goals and needs, but in a group fitness environment.
Our skilled physiotherapists will guide you through your program, ensuring each exercise is performed correctly and to offer you progressions as you continue to work towards your goals.
Whether you are looking to start strength training, continue your rehab or wanting guidance to get the most out of your training, this is the class for you.
