Bounce Physiotherapy has helped hundreds of customers with its highly successful Pilates small group classes and individualised programs.

Classes are run daily. These sessions are designed for the following categories:

  • Those people who have not exercised for a while and would like to gradually improve their fitness and strength in a stress free environment
  • Have pre-existing injuries and would like to be monitored by health professionals who truly understand and have accurately assessed their issues such as chronic back or knee injuries
  • Safe workout for pre and post natal women
