- Assess how you move using mirrors & videos to teach new movement patterns. This may involve increasing strength and control of your quadriceps, hip muscles and core utilising specific exercises.
- Soft tissue release techniques, taping and stretching especially around the calves, knee cap, hamstrings and hips.
- Analyse if you require orthotics or different footwear to improve foot position.
- Devise a training program that will limit the amount of knee pain and progress your exercise loads safely without making your pain worse.
