Andrea is most passionate about her skills and education in Pilates and how this form of exercise can benefit the majority of the working population. This passion has intertwined with her dance career which commenced as a 5 year old ballet student in her native Austria. Andrea has competed and trained worldwide professionally before settling in Australia, moving into teaching and choreographing dance along with completing her physiotherapy studies.
Andrea's special interests include managing patients with chronic pain, Pilates classes for all levels of competence, dancers' injuries and Ante/ Post Natal care.
Outside of work, Andrea loves to spend time with her young family in the great outdoors |
